GUIDING IDEA on the Nature & Climate-Sphere
The love of nature and animals is a human feeling that spans the world and can transcend political, cultural, social as well as other boundaries and could thus be the basis for intergenerational solutions.
Worldwide common feeling, instead of separating through political borders, differences of opinion, culture, borders in the mind, personal sensitivities, etc.!
On 11 January 2022, I started to present one of our Thinking Approaches by presenting key Megatrends & Risks in the first step in bullet points. The logic of the argumentation of my posts series shows a more or less worldwide failure of humanity as well as all known approaches resp. mindsets with regard to the megatrends & risks that even threaten human existence.
Humanity has continued to optimise resp. want to optimise itself with the approaches & mindsets, increasing its ego-orientation above all through the pursuit of individuality, while the world around it increasingly threatens to perish.
From my point of view as a HR & Management Consultant, it is mainly about the individual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of a company, i.e. the compatibility and sustainable positive effects in the three areas of economy, environment/ecology and social issues.
Of course, in the context of a company-related CSR, professional risk management is added, in which political risks and their effects on a company are also recorded and analysed.
In particular, solutions to climate change & resource scarcity, which are also a central goal of our consultancy, require global unity in thought & action, i.e. unity across intellectual and political boundaries. The Ukraine conflict in Europe and other such conflicts, with their threats and risks for many people, are unfortunately again creating new resp. higher borders, which also threaten the common global goals such as against climate change & resource scarcity.
