In the age of Globalisation & Digitalisation, the C-level increasingly listened to the thoughts and ideas of its customers & employees. In the 21st Century, the C-level should analyse all relevant information with appropriate technologies as well as create the conditions for successful Cross-Generational Solutions.

 

Which tasks and which target requirement profile should the C-level fulfil in the 21st century?

 

C-level positions, also called C-suite or CxO, generally refer to the top management or executive level of a company. The letter "x" in CxO is to be understood as a placeholder. The best known C-level positions are:

CEO (Chief Executive Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), COO (O Operating), CHRO (HR Human Resources), etc.

"x" placeholder for: I Information, T Technology, M Marketing, R Risk, C Compliance or Commercial, P Procurement or People, D Diversity, H Happiness, etc.
