Stephan Berg holds a degree in psychology and worked in Hamburg with Professor Schulz von Thun (focus: Consulting and Training, Organizational Development, minor in Human Resources). Before and after his studies, he worked in medium-sized companies and groups in the media industry and agencies as well as in a management consultancy. During this time he gained practical experience as a manager, supervised international projects and successfully established international sales and business development: e.g. he accompanied projects to improve job satisfaction, team development and assessment centers.
For him, organizational consulting means realizing that people play the central role in change - as entrepreneurs, as employees, as learners. He can conceive, implement and live change; Mr. Berg accompanies this authentically, consistently and professionally.
