Segun Benson studied computer science at the Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State, Nigeria, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He also has a degree in full-stack software engineering from ALX Africa/Holberton Inc., which has enabled him to deepen his technical expertise and IT solution skills.
He is now an experienced consultant and leader in the areas of process management, operations/IT management, IT consulting and project management, IT digitalisation and software engineering, with around 10 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of modern IT solutions and efficient business processes. He also has extensive programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript and Python), experience with various IT tools (including Java Spring Boot), CRM systems and developing web applications.
Over the years, Segun Benson has built up a deep understanding of digital transformation processes and has led teams in achieving strategic digitalisation goals. He has also managed complex IT infrastructures, developed software solutions and optimised business processes.
