Nikola Bajčetić studied at the Faculty of Business and Law at MB University in Belgrade/Serbia, graduating with a Bachelor of Management degree. He also holds several certificates and qualifications in leadership, public speaking, PR, strategic communication and public affairs, awarded by the Robert Schuman Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the International Republican Institute (IRI), the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and other renowned organisations. He also holds professional certificates in critical infrastructure and its protection, as well as public administration and governance.

Nikola Bajčetić has more than a decade of experience in politics, strategic communications and public affairs. He was Head of Office for International Cooperation and Spokesperson for the country of Montenegro, responsible for strategic public relations and media communications, as well as representing Montenegro in numerous bilateral and multilateral forums. He then served as a City Councillor for the Podgorica City Assembly, the capital and largest city of Montenegro, where he was responsible for urban planning, budget control and municipal policy development. In the next step of his career, he became a member of the Parliament of Montenegro, where his responsibilities included policy-making, participation in national legislation, strategies to promote economic growth and investments, as well as the establishment and development of international relations and cooperation.

Since leaving his position at the Parliament of Montenegro, he has been working as a management consultant, primarily in the fields of construction, real estate, infrastructure, investment and investors as well as tourism, and developing strategic marketing, PR and management solutions.

He has a strong regional and international network and the ability to connect global investors with local investment opportunities. His work is characterised by a focus on innovation, sustainable growth and the creation of long-term value for clients and partners. Nikola Bajčetić has made a name for himself as a facilitator of ideas, people and opportunities. His motto is: ‘We will make it happen.’

At the same time, he is a Board Member of the Airports of Montenegro, where he is responsible for corporate governance and the development of international partnerships in the fields of aviation and infrastructure, with the aim of positioning Montenegro as a competitive hub for tourism, transport and infrastructure projects.
