Mustafa Kart is Global Network Partner and contact person at the Frankfurt/Main office in Germany.

Over the last 25 years, he has held regional and global expert and management positions in well-known global organisations and DAX-listed companies.

After studying industrial engineering and information systems at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara/Turkey, he began his professional career at Coca-Cola in Istanbul. In 2000, he came to Germany and worked as an IT Architect for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt/Main. During this time, he obtained his master's degree in Industrial Engineering and wrote his master's thesis on the future of payment systems using scenario management. He then worked as a Lead IT Architect and IT Manager for IBM in the Frankfurt office, implementing solutions for Deutsche Bank's e-business strategy.

Mustafa Kart then moved to Coca-Cola as an IT Services and Project Manager, where he was responsible for the outsourcing services in eight Eastern European countries. He then spent 11 years at Novartis in various regional and global management positions, including leading the IT and digital transformation in 31 countries in Central Eastern Europe, participating in the IT audit of Novartis China and becoming Global Head of IT Service Excellence.

He then worked for Kühne+Nagel as Regional IT Head of Africa and the Middle East. Among other things, he managed the IT and digital transformation in 20 countries and the post-merger integration of logistics companies in accordance with the ISO 27001 certification guidelines for information security.

Mustafa Kart has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of IT, digitalisation and transformation in industries such as beverages, banking, pharmaceuticals, logistics and more. He has broad expertise in implementing strategic and organisational solutions in complex organisations.

Through his work in various countries around the world, he has also developed a deep understanding of cultural differences and their influence on business processes. These diverse experiences have positively shaped his personality and enable him to implement change strategies while taking cultural differences into account.
