Dr. Sabine von Oesterreich has been working for over fifteen years as a consultant and coach for executives and teams in well-known organisations, including numerous DAX companies. Before that, she was a project manager and coach for three years at an international HR consultancy. Before this, she worked for ten years as a management consultant specialising in strategic development and restructuring in the field of public health for emerging markets. Dr. Sabine von Oesterreich began her professional career after studying medicine as an assistant doctor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University Hospital in Freiburg. Then she took on various management positions at an international pharmaceutical company in Germany and abroad.
Dr. Sabine von Oesterreich understands good HR consulting as enabling clients to meet the challenges of the VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), to develop resilience and to find their own answers (which guarantee independence from further consulting).
