Dr. Magdalene Ndeto Bore holds a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Nairobi/Kenya, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education Science from the Kenyatta University in Nairobi.

She has over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, Consulting and Development. Her expertise lies in Leadership Development, Diagnostics & Assessment as well as Talent Management.

She began her career as a high school teacher, quickly rising through leadership roles including Head of Department, Senior Management Board Member and Director of Studies. Her career journey led her to Lukenya University, where she served as a Lecturer in Business, Head of Department and later as the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics. She then joined Amity Global Education Foundation, a constituent of Amity University India, as Dean of Academics and Head of Corporate Training, before being promoted to Head of Campus. Dr. Magdalene Bore later served as Registrar Administration at Pan Africa Christian University, where she was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and administrative functions of the university. She also pioneered and directed the university’s Directorate of Enterprise, championing innovative strategies for revenue diversification.

Dr. Magdalene Bore’s strong foundation in academic research has authored four book volumes, contributed nine book chapters and published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of Human Resources Management. She has also successfully supervised both Master’s and Doctoral students to the completion of their dissertations. Leveraging her extensive academic and professional experience, she transitioned into Executive HR Consulting and Development, where she now empowers organizations through strategic HR interventions and leadership development solutions.

She holds several professional certifications, including Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP-K) by the Human Resources Management Professional Examination Board (HRMPEB) in Kenya, Certified Mediator from Pan Africa Christian University as well as Trainer of Trainers (ToT) certification from the College of Human Resources Management in Kenya.

Dr. Magdalene Bore is also an active member of several professional and academic bodies, including the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), the Africa Scholars Studies Association (AISA) and the Centre for Democracy and Research (CEDRED), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence, scholarly engagement and policy-oriented research.

She serves as a journal editor for the Journal of Popular Education in Africa (JOPEA) and the Journal of African Interdisciplinary Studies (JAIS), staying at the forefront of emerging trends in Human Resource Management.
