Dr. James Mbakpuo began his professional career as a Business Development Consultant in the education and international recruitment sector, where he supported universities and training institutions in attracting and onboarding international students. In this role, he successfully established partnerships with educational institutions in Africa, Europe and Asia, increased enrolment numbers and created sustainable recruitment pipelines.
He then took on a new challenge as a Management & Business Consultant for operational processes, strategy and business development. He worked with SMEs and start-ups to refine their business models, optimise operational processes and implement cost-effective strategies. One of his notable successes was helping a start-up reduce operating costs by 25% while increasing revenue through strategic market positioning.
In the further course Dr. James Mbakpuo expanded his areas of activity to include international business consulting, project management consulting and mentoring for entrepreneurs. He has supported numerous entrepreneurs from the initial idea to market launch, managed complex cross-border projects and provided strategic guidance that has enabled his clients to secure funding, enter new markets and expand their business activities.
In addition, he is an author and lecturer, teaching courses for bachelor's and master's students in business administration, project management, finance and related fields, both online and at several universities in Poland.
