She studied German studies, history and political education at the University of Vienna and graduated with a Master's degree. Already during her studies, she took over the development and organisation of internal children's holiday care at Allianz and later at Zurich Insurance in the function of managing director "Kids Corner". In this way, she developed approaches very early on that are now called New Work.
In addition to her passion for communication, Christa Kainz expanded her qualifications by studying at the Hamburg Academy to become a coach & psychological consultant. Since then she has been working in the areas of systemic coaching, personality development, team development as well as communication, rhetoric & presentation for various companies and individuals. Due to her many years of experience, she has also developed her own tools & methods over the course of time, such as a pocket storytelling in sales as well as a video selling in the areas of sales, recruiting as well as for entrepreneurs & individual personalities.
For Christa Kainz, encounters at eye level, appreciation, openness, empathy and trust are very important as the fundament of her consulting.
