Benkhaled Abderrahmen studied at the University Mohamed Kheider Biskra in Algeria and holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and a master's degree in urban planning.
After graduating, he gained extensive experience in engineering and business development. He worked, for example, as a project consultant, business engineer, architect, technical 3D designer and civil engineer, mainly in the energy and construction, architecture and engineering sectors.
