Beatrix Szondi studied business administration and management at János Kodolányi University in Budapest, Hungary, and then began her professional career as an IT and eBusiness Team Assistant in the healthcare division at General Electric in Budapest. From the outset, she successfully supported complex ERP implementation and digitisation projects, achieved significant cost savings and was honoured internally as a top talent. As she progressed at General Electric in Budapest, she was jointly responsible for the successful implementation of a new Oracle ERP system as a Sourcing Coordinator, conducted regular ERP user training and supplier audits and implemented a web shop with Six Sigma Green Belt.
In 2005, Beatrix Szondi moved to General Electric's Security division in Belgium as EMEA IT Process Specialist. In this role, she established an IT asset system, achieved significant cost savings for the headquarters in Belgium and pioneered the introduction of data metrics and asset repositories. After successfully completing several projects, she moved to General Electric's marketing department in Belgium and became a Pricing Analyst in the lighting division. In this role, she was responsible for price analyses to minimise price erosion and maximise contribution margins for around 10,000 lighting products and achieved numerous margin improvements for special lamps on the European market during this time.
In 2011, Beatrix Szondi took on a new challenge as CRM Consultant in the printing and digitalisation division at Konica Minolta in Budapest, became a member of the IT Steering Committee for Central Europe and successfully contributed to the implementation of a new ERP and CRM system. Further milestones in her successful career include working as a Client Account Manager for top EMEA customers in the financial sector at Celergo in Budapest and as a CRM Manager at Polytech Industries, where she implemented a new CRM system for four companies in Hungary and Austria, transforming sales and customer service processes and introducing a work ethic for digitised sales processes.
Beatrix Szondi then expanded her professional experience as a Project Manager in the medical industry at SYNLAB in Hungary and became a Member of the Steering Committee in the European IT department. In this role, she managed comprehensive changes to business processes, from the conception and management of projects to their implementation and introduced a new web shop and an e-learning academy.
Beatrix Szondi is an expert in information technology and digitalisation, as well as process and project management in various industries. She has extensive experience in business process optimisation, lean management, ERP and CRM systems as well as change management, including cultural transformations in the area of conflict between people and processes.
She is certified as a LEAN specialist, project management specialist and in the field of (business) psychology, among other things. She is also studying business administration at the School of Business and Trade in Lucerne, Switzerland, and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies in 2025.
