Worldwide Offices:

Juraj Habiger studied at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Law. In the years that followed, he expanded his skills through numerous training courses and further education programmes in the areas of team management, systematic problem solving, process-oriented organisational development, change and conflict management.

After graduating, he began his professional career as Warehouse & Export Manager at TNT Express in Bratislava/Slovakia, then moved to UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Bratislava as Area Sales Manager, and subsequently progressed to Production & Logistics Manager at CAV Aerospace in Cambridge/UK. At CAV, he was responsible for operations, purchasing, logistics and supply chain management, gaining industry experience in the aviation sector. Through improved team and planning organisation, he was able to increase the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) by around 60%, improve logistics processes and thus ensure on-time deliveries to customers.

Juraj Habiger then took on a new challenge as Supply Chain Manager at Hartmann Rico, where he led a team of 100 employees. Among other things, he implemented a more effective inventory management system to better control warehousing and ordering costs, ensured greater accuracy in production volumes, and negotiated better prices and services with suppliers.

His next challenge was as Production Manager at Automotive Lighting (part of the Marelli Group), where he managed 280 production employees, optimised various processes and implemented KAIZEN. He then became EMEA Logistics Manager at PFNonwovens in the chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics industry. There, he developed a supply chain strategy to maximise customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost through successful tenders for transport (air, rail and truck transport) and raw materials.

During his 25-year career, Juraj Habiger has gained extensive experience in logistics, production, project and engineering management in various specialist and management positions at all levels. He is an outstanding expert in supply chain management, negotiating advantageous contracts with suppliers, tendering for services and materials, as well as managing and optimising internal and external logistics. This knowledge enables him to eliminate unnecessary processes, time and effort, thereby saving significant costs across the entire supply chain. In addition, he has in-depth experience in production in the mechanical engineering and plastics sectors, where he has optimised production times, improved overall equipment efficiency (OEE), reduced costs and improved overall production results.
