After graduation, she began her professional career as a leadership coach and mediator, working with organisations across diverse sectors including higher education, corporate enterprises and non-profits. She then developed an ICF-accredited programme that has trained and certified coaches worldwide. Over the past two decades, she has designed and delivered award-winning programs in executive coaching, team coaching, conflict resolution and holistic wellness that have empowered individuals, leaders and organisations to flourish.
