Rohit Kachroo holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Mumbai University in India as well as a postgraduate degree in IT Management from the University of Wales in Newport/UK.

After graduating, he began his professional career in the technology sector at leading global companies such as Orange Business, Wipro, Atos, I-Gate, Amdocs and T-Systems. He progressed from Service Coordinator, Lean Consultant and Deputy Manager for organisational excellence to Associate Manager with overall responsibility for several teams, project management, best practices, process optimisation, comprehensive service strategies and agile transformations. At T-Systems, he received the Top Performer Award several times for his outstanding performance.

Rohit Kachroo subsequently held executive positions in the financial services and consulting sectors. He was a Portfolio Manager at Tietoevry, Vice President of IT Optimisation at Northern Trust and Head of Transformation at TopSource Worldwide. His responsibilities – among other things – included complete business transformations, the integration of new technologies and automation solutions, the development and implementation of a strategic data/IT service governance model, as well as the design and introduction of a business intelligence framework for data analysis and evaluation of the IT service portfolio.

His extensive experience is complemented by numerous other qualifications, such as the certification in ITIL 4 Foundation, certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, certification as a Scrum Master and certification in Prince 2. He is also a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer & Coach from SHRM/Society for Human Resource Management and was a guest lecturer on this topic. He is currently pursuing his doctorate at Golden Gate University in San Francisco/USA.
