Esra Uras Bilgin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Istanbul University as well as a Master of Science in Psychology from Altinbas University in Istanbul/Turkey.

After completing her studies, she began her professional career in the IT and technology sector, where, over the course of more than 20 years, she progressed from a specialist to leadership roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of sales and business development, whilst building up extensive qualifications and experience. She progressed from roles such as Analyst in the credit check department, Business Partner Support Operation Specialist and Sales Transaction Hub/Complex Bid Manager for global business services at IBM, to positions such as Integrated Technology Services Sales Leader & Country Small Deals Leader at IBM Global Services and Head of Sales for Oracle consulting services at Oracle Turkey. Further roles were as Senior Sales Executive at Kuika Software and as International Sales Director at Related Digital.

During this time, she consistently delivered significant national and global revenue growth, secured new market share and established strategic partnerships in highly competitive environments, whilst scaling technology-driven processes and business operations. Through her leadership skills, she repeatedly played a decisive role in fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting far-reaching transformations and change management processes.

She then decided to take on a new challenge as a Senior Business Consultant & Executive/Team Coach in the fields of business and organisational development, sales and executive coaching, resilience and mindfulness coaching, as well as corporate culture transformation. Over the past seven years, she has supported various companies with her expertise, contributing to their growth and operational excellence. Through her specialised team and executive coaching programmes, she has brought about measurable behavioural changes at management level and made a decisive contribution to creating more performance-oriented and resilient corporate cultures.

Esra Uras Bilgin holds several certifications from internationally recognised organisations, including as a Professional Coach (PCC) and ICF PCC Assessor from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the Academy for Mindful Teaching. She also holds further qualifications as a Facilitator, Gestalt Coach and Project Manager. She is, moreover, a Member of the Board of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) in Turkey and a Member of the ICF.
