Dr. Dame Ndiaye holds a Master of Science in Engineering from ISAE-Supméca (ISM Paris/Institut Supérieur de Mécanique de Paris) in France, a Master of Science in Finance from Emlyon Business School in Lyon/ France, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HECI Business School in Morocco/Senegal, as well as a Diploma in Design Electromechanical Engineering from Kharkiv Polytechnic University in Ukraine. He also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Supply Chain Management & Logistics from the ASMP (Académie des Sciences du Management de Paris) in France.

After graduating, he began his professional career as a Research Professor at the ISTI (Institut Supérieur de Technologies Industrielles) in Dakar/Senegal, before becoming Professor/Chief of the Electromechanics Department, with responsibility for the entire academic section.

After around five years, he took on a new challenge and became Country Director at SAGAM International in Burkina Faso, a leading company in Senegal and West Africa operating in various sectors of the security industry. In this role, he was responsible in particular for secure logistics and supply chains, e.g. to Europe and Asia, access control and video surveillance systems, fire protection, banknote processing systems, as well as other electronic and electromechanical security systems. His clients included, in particular, gold mines, the central bank of the BCEAO countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo) of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA), primary banks and financial institutions, the European Union, PAM, Bank of Union, EcoBank, BCB, Wend Kuni Bank, etc.

Several years later, Dr. Dame Ndiaye returned to academic work on a part-time basis and remains an Associate Professor at the Université Privée Virtuelle Du Gabon Limitée (UNIVGA) in the fields of Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management/Logistics. He has also furthered his qualifications with a Diploma in Strategic Management, a Diploma in Sustainable Development Management and a Diploma in Project Management, all from the Canadian Academy of Management & Technology. He also holds certifications in Project, Programme Monitoring & Evaluation Expertise, as well as certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner/Agile Project Management from the International Scrum Institute.

Ultimately, he decided to work as a consultant and to put his unique cross-functional expertise in the fields of electromechanics, finance, logistics, supply chain management and business administration into practice for the benefit of his clients, who have come to know him over many years as a leading expert in his fields. Among other things, he continues to advise companies in BCEAO countries on matters relating to the West African Economic and Monetary Union, BEAC (Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale) and WAEMU (West African Economic and Monetary Union). He also advises companies such as Brinks, AVA Global Logistics and G4S on topics including operational excellence and supply chain management/logistics.
