Amine Tangour holds a Master's Degree of Engineering in Telecommunications from the French Grande École Nationale Supérieure des Télécom de Brest – now IMT Atlantique Technological University – and participated in an exchange programme in Marketing & Management at Tampere University of Technology in Finland.

After graduating, he began his professional career in Paris as a Presales Engineer for radio access and optical transmission networks at Alcatel-Lucent, one of the leading providers of telecommunications equipment. In this role, he responded to RFP, RFI and RFQ requests from all French fixed-line (France Télécom, Bouygues, SFR and 9 Cegetel) and mobile operators. After two successful years, he became Bid Manager for the fourth French mobile licence project, where he was responsible in particular for a team of 10 presales experts, the creation of E2E bids and collaboration with Free Telecom Management.

He then took on a new challenge as Senior Marketing B2B Product Manager for voice and data solutions – with a stronger focus on sales and marketing – at Orange, which was establishing its Tunisian branch in Tunis at the time. He was specifically responsible for launching a new operator portfolio including fixed-line telephony (VoIP, SIP trunk), internet access (xDSL, 3G) and data solutions (Wimax, FTTx, fibre optics, microwave). He also drafted new concepts for Orange's CxO committee and was involved in the creation of a P&L simulator for Internet or MPLS access and the acquisition of an Internet service provider.

Amine Tangour then moved to Ooredoo Tunisia, where he was Head of B2B Marketing, responsible for leading the team, conducting detailed market analyses and market research, creating customer base models, sales forecasts and risk assessments. After two years, he became Head of Fixed Marketing, gained extensive experience in the B2C market, led a team of six product managers, drove innovation with the launch of the first LTE-TDD fixed-line offering, and was involved in the development of customer-centric processes.

After around 15 years of professional experience, he moved into the automotive industry as Marketing & Customer Satisfaction Director at Volkswagen Group Tunisia (Ennakl Automobiles). Here, he was primarily responsible for 10 different brands, developing strategic corporate goals, defining global marketing plans, corporate communications, KPIs for customer satisfaction in sales and customer service, CRM implementation including the introduction of a VoC platform, as well as the creation of an ESG corporate strategy.

He ultimately decided to bring his extensive qualifications and experiences to consulting. His work is characterised by an analytical and profitable perspective with a strong focus on brand value and market positioning. Through his work in Africa and Europe, he has also gained a deep understanding of intercultural working environments and their influence on project collaboration, making him a valuable partner for companies seeking to strengthen their brand value, digitalisation and revenue growth in internationally competitive markets.
